Though Kings Personalised Care is a family managed business, both managers are Registered nurses and are always professional. Kings Personalised Care are committed to delivering a high standard of quality care, Kings personalised care always uphold their legal and professional requirements as Managers and Registered nurses we are committed to, and will abide by, the NDIS Practice Standards and the Quality and Safeguards Commission requirements.Kings Personalised Care management team, have over  17 years of clinical experience in the health care industry, working across the  disability, aged care and rehabilitation sector We are committed to providing quality care and support.   Kings Personalised care is well known for delivering a personalised approach  to individuals, which is unique to each participant. Each participant is assessed according to their care need's,  care plans are implemented with participants inclusion and choice on the delivery of their assessed care needs, this creates a unique person centered care approach for our participants. Our focus is to deliver a high standard of person centered care,  to enable all participants to  be happy and live their lives to the fullest. Kings Personalised care provides  support services for community nursing, complex nursing, nursing services,  supports with personal care, domestic supports and transport services  for the disability sector.
