24 hours/7 days per week supports-We can provide 24 hours/7 days per week support in the comfort in your own home, or in short term accommodation, or in one of our supported independent living accommodation properties. If you need support with your personal care we can assist. All of our support workers are highly qualified and obtain a certificate III or above. Please note: A minimum of 2 hours service booking is required for any of our services

Respite Care- Kings Personalised Care can provide 24 hours/7 days per week respite care in the comfort of your own home, or if you feel like you need a break we can provide respite care in one of our respite care homes. Complex Nursing care-Kings Personalised Care specialise's in delivering complex nursing care/assessments and care plans. Our Clinical and Registered nurses are highly experienced and qualified in Diabetes management, Bowel management, Continence advice and management, catheter care, stoma care, tracheostomy care, Enteral/peg feeding, Oxygen therapy, respiratory support, administration of medications including subcutaneous injections, basic and complex wound care.

Nursing- Kings personalised care has a variety of Qualified staff which you can choose from. Our staff are all highly qualified clinical nurse's, registered nurses and Enrolled nurses who are able to assist you with you care, whether this is basic to complex care, our staff are always able to assist.

Household Tasks-Kings Personalised Care caters for a wide range of domestic tasks, which include cleaning, deep cleaning, gardening and home maintenance/repairs. Do you need assistance with household chores? Our team is able to assist you in your day to day tasks around your home.
